Common questions
- Can guests use the camera on any phone?
- Yes. DisposiCam runs in any modern mobile browser — no download needed. iOS and Android both work.
- What if a guest runs out of shots?
- They see a friendly 'out of film' screen. They can still watch the reveal. Hosts can enable bonus shots from the dashboard.
- When exactly are photos revealed?
- For delayed reveal, development starts at the exact minute you set. For instant reveal (Director's Cut), each photo appears immediately after it is taken.
- What happens after 30 days?
- Photos are permanently deleted unless you upgrade to 1-Year (R99) or Permanent (R399) storage. You will receive a reminder email two weeks before expiry.
- Can I display the gallery on a projector at the venue?
- Yes — your event gallery has a TV-mode URL built for large screens. Open it on any laptop or cast it via Chromecast or AirPlay.
